Voting must be carried out by a real person on this website only. The use of automated voting scripts, bots, or programs is strictly forbidden. Trading or selling votes between servers is prohibited. Encouraging votes from one server to benefit another is forbidden. Cheating the voting system may result in vote resets and account or listing suspension.

We reserve the right to remove any server listing at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate server details (name, banner, description, etc.)
• Abuse of the voting system
• False or misleading server information
• Violation of these Terms of Service

You may only add a server if you are the owner or have explicit permission from the owner. Only one listing per server is permitted — duplicate listings will be removed. By listing your server, you agree that RealmRanking may collect and display server status data (online or offline, player count, etc.). You agree not to upload pornographic, illegal, racist, or hateful content.

Advertising on RealmRanking is subject to our advertising guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any advertisement that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.

Premium memberships are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Benefits are subject to change. We reserve the right to suspend premium accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Third-party services available on or through RealmRanking are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for any third-party dealings or interactions.

RealmRanking is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

RealmRanking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
